DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Orders are placed through the Kaspi marketplace, which also handles payment and instalments. The conditions below apply to all Rokku products.
Delivery across Kazakhstan
We ship via Kazpost and courier companies throughout Kazakhstan — to Almaty, Astana and the regions. Timing and cost depend on the city and chosen delivery method and are confirmed when ordering.
Payment
Payment is made through a remote invoice to Kaspi Gold. Interest-free Kaspi instalments are available — 12 to 24 months depending on the order amount.
What's in the box
Every Rokku camera comes with a genuine 64 GB microSDXC memory card — enough for 8–12 days of continuous recording. The box also contains a Russian-language manual and mounting hardware.
Warranty
All cameras carry an official 12-month warranty; the Zoom and GoCam line — 2 years. In case of a fault, the device is repaired in Almaty within 30 working days. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
Returns and exchanges
A product can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt if its appearance, packaging and contents are intact. Detailed terms are on the Returns & exchanges page.
